Short-form video hosting service TikTok is introducing Series, which will allow allows creators to put video collections behind a paywall.
TikTok creators can now offer premium content posted as Collections and viewers have the option to purchase from there. One Series can include up to 80 videos, each up to 20 minutes long.
Creators can set how much their Series should cost, selecting an amount that best reflects the value of their exclusive content which can be purchased for access via direct in-video links or through a creator’s profile.

TikTok added Series to help creators easily earn from their, well, creations. Series is currently only available to select creators with applications to join opening in the coming months. TikTok also emphasized that Series content must abide by our Community Guidelines.
“We prioritize the safety of our community when introducing new features and continue working to maintain a safe and welcoming environment where creativity and expression can thrive,” TikTok said in a media release.
