TP in the Philippines, a digital business services provider formerly known as Teleperformance, opened TP Davao Uprise, its second site in Davao City and fourth location across Mindanao, expanding its regional delivery capacity.

Located at The Uprise at Felcris Centrale Mall, a Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) accredited development, the facility supports both global and domestic clients and is designed to scale operations as demand grows. The site includes production floors, a recruitment hub, and employee amenities such as a gym, karaoke room, and basketball half court.

“The launch of TP Davao Uprise reflects our confidence in Davao City as a strategic growth hub and in Mindanao as a critical pillar of the country’s IT-BPM industry,” said Rahul Jolly, CEO of TP in the Philippines. “With scale-ready infrastructure, deep talent pool, and strong public–private collaboration, Davao continues to enable us in TP to deliver world-class service to our clients.”

Davao City hosts more than 100,000 information technology and business process management professionals, making it the largest talent hub in Mindanao. The workforce is known for strong English skills, low employee turnover, and expertise in industries such as travel and hospitality, including guest services, reservations, and itinerary management.

“People are at the center of our growth strategy, and Davao continues to prove itself as a destination for resilient, highly capable, and customer-focused talent,” said Jeffrey Johnson, chief people officer of TP in the Philippines. “TP Davao Uprise expands our ability to provide meaningful employment, career mobility, and skills development while supporting clients that require specialized, domain-ready teams.”

The new facility strengthens TP’s long-term expansion in Mindanao, which the company views as a growth area for digital services and employment.

Situated in central Davao City, the site improves access to the region’s workforce and commercial centers. Its location near Francisco Bangoy International Airport and Sasa Wharf supports domestic and international connectivity. Planned infrastructure projects, including the High Priority Bus System and the proposed Mindanao Railway, are expected to improve mobility.

TP Davao Uprise complements the company’s existing Mindanao operations in SM Davao in Matina, Cagayan de Oro City, and General Santos City.
