Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines has renewed its ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, covering all 27 sites nationwide. The global digital business services company completed audits by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), reinforcing its commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
“We are deeply committed to the well-being of our people, and to that end, we spare no expense at optimizing our operations,” said Rahul Jolly, CEO of TP in the Philippines. “As we have always done, we will continue to adapt and adopt the highest standards and best practices to ensure we drive value and meaningful growth for our employees, clients, stakeholders, and across the communities where we operate.”
The two-month audit assessed TP’s compliance with international standards. ISO 45001:2018 focuses on occupational health and safety, aiming to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses. ISO 14001:2015 outlines environmental management requirements to help companies reduce their ecological impact and meet sustainability goals.
“These renewed certifications reinforce our commitment to creating a positive impact for our TP Team members and the communities in which we serve,” said Jeffrey Johnson, chief people officer of TP in the Philippines. “We always aim to be a leader in responsible business practices, and by adhering to these ISO standards, we double down on this commitment.”
With these certifications, TP Philippines strengthens its ability to provide high-quality client services while ensuring a safe work environment and sustainable operations.
