Under the guiding principles of Partner2Connect (P2C), ZTE reaffirmed its substantial commitment to invest $400 million annually in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure for Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs), and Small Island Developing States (SIDS) by 2025, as mentioned by Xu Ziyang, CEO of ZTE Corp. during his keynote speech at the 2023 SDG Digital.

At the gathering hosted by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), ZTE was recognized as one of the inaugural P2C Champions by ITU.
