Bossjob, a chat-first, AI-powered career platform, is expanding its collaborations with local governments and schools to create more opportunities for Filipino job seekers.
The company has partnered with the Public Employment Service Offices (PESO) of Biñan, San Jose del Monte, and Pasay, along with educational institutions such as Trimex Colleges, the University of Rizal System, and Philippine Women’s University. The partnerships aim to help students and professionals prepare for the workforce and connect with employers.
“By working hand in hand with local governments and schools, we’re making it easier for Filipinos, whether fresh graduates or professionals, to access opportunities that can uplift their lives,” said Pamela Valle, head of Experiential and Partnerships Marketing at Bossjob PH.
Bossjob also plans to work with Adamson University and Phinma Education as part of its continuing effort to build an ecosystem that links students, job seekers, and employers.
Founded in Singapore in 2018, Bossjob entered the Philippine market to introduce AI-powered recruitment. The platform combines talent matching, direct chat, and data insights to simplify the hiring process for employers while giving job seekers greater access to available roles.
At present, millions of students, young professionals, and skilled workers use the platform to connect with employers through its growing network.
