Converge Global Business Group (GBG), the corporate and large enterprise unit of fiber internet and technology services provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc., has moved its office from Reliance IT Center in Pasig City to Asian Century Center in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City.

Converge said the move helps the company go beyond being a traditional internet provider and focus on technology services for big companies and institutions. Being based in BGC also puts the unit closer to many of its business customers and partners.

“BGC was strategically chosen for its strong advantages, including its reputation as a central business hub, close to where potential clients may be located, and at the same time, for its environment of growth and competition,” said Maria Grace Uy, co-founder and president of Converge.

Uy said BGC has become a place where many multinational companies and young professionals work and share ideas.

“We want to expose our own tech-savvy employees to that habitat and imbibe a ‘global’ mindset when dealing with partners,” she said.

Converge said having its Global Business Group office in BGC makes it easier to work closely with corporate customers and technology partners. The company said this setup helps teams respond faster to client needs and work more efficiently on digital services used by large organizations.

“This is an exciting new chapter in the transformation of Converge,” said Grace Jarin-Castillo, head of Global Business Group and Marketing of Converge. “By moving closer to the center of business in BGC, we are strategically positioned to better serve and connect with our clients in showcasing digital infrastructure and technology solutions, deepening engagements with our ecosystem of customers and partners,” she said.

Jarin-Castillo said the new office also gives employees a more connected work environment that supports teamwork and learning.

The Global Business Group handles services for corporate, government, and large enterprise clients that need stable internet and technology systems. Converge said the relocation shows the growing demand for digital services among large organizations and supports the company’s plans to grow its enterprise business.
