Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a cloud-based e-commerce solution that promises to simplify the personalized shipping experience for businesses and their end customers.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud will enable businesses to adopt a unified, intelligent digital commerce experience both online and in the store. It simplifies the way brands create, launch and maintain multiple sites by using a single system to manage all customer engagement channels.

As ePLDT strives to provide a differentiated customer experience, its operations team completed specialized training and certifications on Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud to strengthen the group’s competency in providing the service.
In December 2020, PLDT Inc. and Smart Communications Inc. launched Animo Smart Online Store with De La Salle Philippines (DLSP), which benefits over 80,000 students of De La Salle across the country. Through Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, the required provisions for e-commerce are being serviced to the DLSP community.
