Fujitsu, a global leader in IT solutions, inaugurated its first Digital Innovation Hub in Southeast Asia (SEA), offering organizations in the Philippines access to cutting-edge technology expertise and collaborative spaces. 

Fujitsu Digital Innovation Hub aims to facilitate the exploration of the latest digital trends and co-create solutions to business challenges through design-thinking methodologies.

Part of Fujitsu’s global expansion strategy, the Digital Innovation Hub aligns with its co-creating program, supporting businesses in achieving digital transformation. By providing end-to-end IT solutions and expertise in various technologies like computing, networking, artificial intelligence, data security, and converging technologies, Fujitsu aims to empower Philippine businesses to grow and address societal issues.

Fujitsu Philippines becomes the inaugural location in SEA to host such a hub, signaling the company’s commitment to fostering innovation in the region. Utilizing human-centric, co-design workshops, the hub encourages organizations to develop innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs and challenges.

Equipped with interactive digital tools complementing traditional workshops, the hub offers an engaging environment for ideation, prototyping, and product testing. This fusion of digital and analog resources facilitates effective collaboration and idea refinement among organizations.

In a move reflecting Fujitsu’s focus on customer-centric innovation, Santiago has been appointed as the new head of Customer Success for Fujitsu in Asia Pacific, concurrent his role at Fujitsu Philippines. In this capacity, he will spearhead the customer success program, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
