The 2024 Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (APMCDRR), hosted by the Philippines and the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR), drew over 4,000 participants from governments, businesses, and civil society groups. Discussions focused on cooperation to reduce disaster risks in one of the most disaster-prone areas in the world.

M360, a multi-channel messaging platform, delivers alerts and public awareness messages via SMS, while supporting communication through hotlines and chatbots. Load Up ensures personnel can stay connected by securely distributing mobile load.
To maintain communication in disaster-hit areas, Globe deploys Emergency Base Stations for immediate connectivity. The company supports medical and mental health consultations during recovery through its telehealth platform, KonsultaMD.
The conference also served as a key event for tracking the implementation of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030, highlighting the importance of partnerships in creating proactive and responsive solutions for disaster-prone regions.
