HCX Technology taps Rimini for Oracle support services

HCX Technology Partners (HCX), a digital business solutions provider in the Philippines, has chosen Rimini Support services for its 60,000 Oracle PeopleSoft licenses. The company conducted an evaluation project in 2020 to address IT talent resourcing challenges. The project identified areas for improvement, including optimizing annual software support maintenance fees, enhancing support for customizations, streamlining IT resources, and enabling the IT team to focus on innovation and strategic projects.
