Mobile device brand Honor Philippines will launch two new devices designed for productivity and durability on Sept. 5: the Honor Magic V5 foldable phone and the Honor MagicPad 3 tablet. Availability and pricing details will be announced during the event, which will be streamed live on Facebook.
“Honor has been at the forefront of this transformation, continuously pushing the boundaries of thinness,” said Stephen Cheng, vice president of Honor Philippines. “The Honor Magic V5 exemplifies this progress, setting a new industry benchmark as the world’s thinnest foldable and redefining what slim truly means in the foldable category.”
The Honor Magic V5 is equipped with an upgraded Super Steel Hinge that supports its foldable display while keeping the device compact. The hinge is lighter, provides a tighter fold to reduce thickness, and is built with a tensile strength of 2,300 MPa for durability.

The Honor MagicPad 3 is a 13.3-inch tablet powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform processor. It uses an LCD display with a 3200 x 2136 resolution and is designed to support both entertainment and office work.

The tablet is equipped with a 12,450mAh silicon-carbon battery, which the company said can handle heavy gaming, work tasks, and long streaming sessions. Honor added that the MagicPad 3 also includes upgraded AI features to make daily use more convenient.
