Home appliances maker Hisense has launched what it calls the world’s largest commercially available television, the 116-inch Class UX Series RGB-MiniLED, in the Philippines. The company introduced the model during an event at Anson’s The Link in Makati on October 7.
The Hisense 116-inch Class UX Series RGB-MiniLED features the brand’s RGB-MiniLED technology, which uses red, green, and blue LEDs at the backlight level for precise color control and independent local dimming. The company said this setup allows the TV to deliver realistic colors and deeper contrasts compared to traditional OLED and QLED displays.
According to Hisense, the display supports up to 8,000 nits of peak brightness and includes more than 20,000 color control units. It also features RGB local dimming for sharper details and improved color accuracy.
The TV is powered by the Hi-View AI Engine X processor, which analyzes and adjusts content in real time. Hisense said the new chip offers faster performance, with a CPU that is 1.4 times quicker, a GPU that is 2.2 times faster, and an NPU that is 1.7 times faster than earlier versions.
The model includes AI-assisted functions such as AI Picture for smoother motion, AI Sound for clearer audio, and AI Scenario, which automatically adjusts picture settings based on the content being viewed. The AI Energy feature helps conserve power by controlling brightness at the pixel level.

During the event, Hisense also announced its partnership with the Cultural Center of the Philippines. The company donated high-quality TV units to support the CCP’s programs in film, theater, and visual arts.
The Hisense 116-inch Class UX Series RGB-MiniLED is available at Anson’s The Link for a promo price of ₱1,249,999 (cash) and an SRP of ₱1,999,999. It will soon be available in select stores nationwide.
