Huawei has introduced the nova Y73 smartphone and FreeBuds 6 earbuds in the Philippines, offering users a mix of long battery life, durability, and convenient smart features.
The nova Y73 comes with a 6620mAh Super Battery that supports up to 1.4 days of video playback, 2.6 days of music streaming, and 2.2 days of calls on a full charge. It supports 40W Huawei SuperCharge Turbo, which delivers up to five hours of video time with a quick 10-minute charge.
The device also includes the Huawei X-Button, a customizable shortcut button that lets users access frequently used apps, tools, or features with one click. With EMUI 12, the nova Y73 improves privacy management and provides better control over app permissions and ad settings.

The smartphone features a high-strength aluminum alloy body with IP64 dust and water resistance and 5-star drop protection certified by SGS. It can handle drops from heights up to 1.8 meters and withstand pressure up to 65 kilograms. It also includes the Infrared Smart Remote function, which allows users to control household appliances like TVs and air conditioners directly from their phones.
The back design features a Dynamic Plaid Texture with Double Star Orbit Rings, offering a stylish finish to its slim form factor.

Alongside the nova Y73, Huawei is launching the FreeBuds 6, which are the first open-fit earbuds to feature a dual-driver setup and Huawei Sound. The earbuds deliver a well-balanced sound profile with improved bass and clearer treble. The addition of AI-powered Call Noise Cancellation helps users make clearer calls, even in noisy environments.
The FreeBuds 6 also support up to 2.3Mbps lossless audio transmission, allowing high-resolution audio playback for users who want better music quality without wires.
Its ergonomic droplet-shaped design aims to provide a more secure and comfortable fit while staying stylish.
