SAP, a software company, has appointed Jill Santos as the new managing director for SAP Philippines, placing her at the forefront of the company’s efforts to support businesses in their digital transformation journey. She steps into the role with over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology, strategic partnerships, and business growth.
Santos will lead SAP’s initiatives to help organizations in the Philippines embrace cloud-based solutions, adopt (artificial intelligence) AI-driven innovations, and enhance supply chain resilience. She will also focus on advancing sustainable business practices, ensuring companies are equipped to navigate the evolving digital economy.
“The tech industry in the Philippines is experiencing rapid growth, with the digital economy poised for continued expansion,” said Verena Siow, president and managing director for SAP Southeast Asia. “We thank Rudy Abrahams for his valuable contributions over the past 2.5 years and welcome Jill to lead SAP Philippines into its next phase of growth.”
Siow highlighted Santos’ deep market understanding and commitment to delivering value to customers and partners will strengthen SAP’s position as a trusted leader.
Santos has been part of SAP Philippines’ leadership team, most recently serving as sales director for enterprise. In that role, she worked closely with major businesses in the private and public sectors, helping them implement technology solutions to improve operations. She played a key role in managing customer relationships and driving the company’s local strategy. Now, as managing director, she will report directly to Siow.

“As the Philippines accelerates its digital transformation agenda through initiatives like the National AI Strategy Roadmap 2.0 and the Digital Government Masterplan 2023-2028, the adoption of AI and cloud technologies is reshaping industries and opening doors to innovation,” Santos said.

Before joining SAP, Santos held leadership roles at global technology firms, including Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM, where she gained experience in enterprise solutions, business strategy, and digital transformation. Her background in managing large-scale technology projects and working with diverse industries positions her to lead SAP Philippines in strengthening its role as a trusted technology partner for businesses in the country.
