Jobstreet by SEEK, an online job platform, will host Career Con 2025 on Jan. 28-29 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering job seekers and employers a chance to connect and explore opportunities.
“This year, we aim to help as many Filipinos as possible find jobs,” Joey Yusingco, head of marketing at Jobstreet by SEEK Philippines, said in a media release. “Career Con 2025 is an important step toward connecting job seekers with companies.”
With the theme “Creating Connections You Seek,” Career Con 2025 expects to draw over 15,000 candidates and more than 100 companies, including SM Retail, Accenture, Meralco, and Metrobank.
The event will feature two key areas. The Career Fair Zone on the ground level will focus on career tools, workshops, and talks to guide job seekers. On the second level, the Career Summit Zone will offer discussions for professionals and HR leaders, highlighting trends and upskilling.
Attendees can access résumé clinics, interview pods, and career coaching to prepare for opportunities. Workshops will cover topics like interview strategies and skills needed for today’s job market.
The event is held in partnership with educational institutions and agencies such as the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) to make job applications more efficient.
