Jobstreet by SEEK has launched Free Lite Ads, offering employers unlimited free job postings on its AI-powered career platform in the Philippines. This offer aims to democratize job hiring, providing businesses of all sizes access to a vast talent pool of over 11.6 million registered candidates without worrying about budget constraints.
The Free Lite Ads feature allows employers to post job listings anytime, ensuring each listing is visible to potential candidates for 30 days. This move empowers employers, particularly small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations, by enhancing their ability to meet talent demands and achieve hiring goals more efficiently.
