Teleperformance, a company that provides outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, announced the appointment of Jose Luis “Joey” Marquez as its new chief operating officer for Teleperformance Philippines. He succeeds Mike Lytle who is promoted as CEO of Teleperformance USA, Canada, and the Philippines.
Prior to joining Teleperformance, Marquez managed large-scale operations for organizations across different industries. His expertise in leading growth through delivery excellence, business impact, and employee engagement allowed him to cultivate a team that delivered significant growth in revenue and profit.
As the newly appointed COO, Marquez will be the country head of Teleperformance Philippines who will oversee the management of the organization in the Philippines according to the company’s core values and mission to be a Great Place to Work® for all. He will lead the company to further strengthen its push for digital business solutions delivery and sustain its position as the business partner of choice.
