This marked the official debut of EF Co. Ltd.’s expansion into the Philippine market.

Its latest venture, Kabuki Creatives Philippines, aims to leverage manga — a popular and culturally significant form of storytelling in both Japan and the Philippines — as a powerful advertising tool.
Manga, referred to locally as komiks, has a rich history in Filipino culture, with beloved characters and stories from strips and publications. Despite this familiarity, Kabuki Creatives brings a fresh perspective by using manga to translate and tell diverse brand narratives.
