The holiday feels never stop for Lumina Homes. To fire up another year brimming with surprises and excitement, the ever-innovative property developer recently kicked off the New Year with the theme, “Level Up 2022.”

The celebration showcased the evolution of Lumina Homes from an affordable housing community to a digital-ready brand committed to maximizing the potential of its developments.

The morning program featured a webinar on Market and Investment Opportunities by Lamudi Philippines Strategic Accounts Lead Anthony Kim.

There was also an online event for partner sales network, where Lumina sellers rallied for another year of great opportunities. The much-awaited LuminAguinaldo also took place, where lucky partners won one of the following prizes: 200 grocery baskets, lechon, cellphones, tablets, shopping spree for as much as P5,000, refrigerator, washing machine, and LED TV.

At night, via Facebook Live, Lumina Homes lit up the sky with simultaneous fireworks displays in some of its communities.

This was followed by the Give Love From Abroad Raffle Promo, where a total of 44 Lumina homebuyers won P500 each. For the major prizes, one OFW won P3,000; another won P5,000; and the luckiest of them received P10,000.

Lumina invited viewers to join their online competition s— Hip-hop to the Top Nationwide Dance Contest and Home Sweet Home TikTok Transformation Challenge — as Peniel Roxas serenaded the crowd with heartwarming songs. Roxas is the grand winner of Wishcovery Originals, where she won herself a Lumina house and lot.

Lumina was thrilled to show its followers what’s in store for them this 2022, thus it gave a sneak peek of the new Lumina Homes. Filipino individuals and families can expect to unbox new social connections, healthier and greener lifestyle, bigger and better living spaces, safer and more secure community, faster and reliable home internet connectivity, faster and more efficient client transactions as well as Lumina’s upcoming new logo that will be launched very soon.
