Manulife Philippines, the local arm of the global financial services provider Manulife, has recently unveiled its Manulife Online Mobile App. This launch aims to enhance customer access to a wide range of products and services.
The Manulife Online Mobile App enables customers to conveniently access Manulife Online through their mobile devices. It offers various self-service policy transactions, including policy viewing and updating contact details, checking the fund values of investment-linked products, accessing premium payment information and history, and making secure premium payments online.

To ensure customer data privacy and security, the app incorporates a one-time PIN (OTP) feature.
According to Manulife’s study titled “The Modern Filipino Family: Exploring Family Dynamics and Digitalization in the New Normal,” an increasing number of Filipinos prefer conducting various financial transactions through online platforms. Approximately 82% of respondents cited convenience (45%), a sense of security (22%), and protection (17%) as reasons for utilizing digital applications.
