This Christmas, Metro Manila is seeing more pink as foodpanda expands its presence beyond its app. The delivery platform set up rest areas, charging stations, and vending spots across key locations, giving shoppers and commuters places to pause and recharge.
The company introduced pink “We Gotchu Stops” in areas such as Market Market, Circuit Makati, and Greenfield Central Park. These spots provide benches, chill zones, and essentials to ease the stress of long lines and crowded streets. Charging stations and vending machines in One Ayala, Ayala Avenue, and PITX offer quick convenience for those on the go.
Alongside these installations, foodpanda’s partner riders are bringing festive cheer to the streets. Dressed in pink shirts, reindeer antlers, fairylights, and holiday-themed gear, they are visible throughout Metro Manila, turning traffic-filled roads into moments of lightheartedness. From Dec. 8 to 10, these “Ka-panda riders” delivered meals while highlighting the holiday season with their festive appearance.
The company also extended its corporate social responsibility efforts with its CSR PANDAriwang program. Initiatives included supporting frontliners, medical staff, and patients at Cebu City Medical Center, as well as reaching communities assisted by Walang Gutom Kitchen and Bahay Aruga. These efforts focused on providing care to those who may not have access to everyday conveniences or holiday celebrations.

Since October, foodpanda has also used digital billboards along major highways and city centers displaying the message “Pasko Na, We Gotchu.” These installations aim to remind commuters, shoppers, and workers that the company is present in both digital and real-world spaces to support them during the busy season.
Through these combined efforts, foodpanda is emphasizing convenience and comfort as part of the holiday experience. By creating spaces for rest, supporting communities, and bringing a festive touch to deliveries, the company is extending its services beyond its app and into the daily lives of Filipinos navigating the holiday season.
The pink installations, rider activities, and outreach programs reflect a broader approach to customer care, combining practical support with visual reminders of the holiday spirit. For this season, foodpanda is showing that support can take multiple forms, both online and offline.
