Bulacan State University (BulSu) and OneQuantum PH are making quantum leaps in advancing quantum computing education in the Philippines. In collaboration, they initiated the BulSu Quantum Leap Lecture Series as part of the (Department of Science and Technology) DOST-PCIEERD’s RIEETOOL Program.

This 12-week program focuses on the foundations of quantum computing, covering essential mathematics, and complexity theory, and exploring standard quantum algorithms like Deutsch-Jozsa, Bernstein-Vazirani, Grover’s algorithm, and Shor’s algorithm for RSA and elliptic curve cryptography.

Participants also delve into optimization using quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning, paving the way for innovation in quantum technologies. The series concludes with a panel presentation where participants can propose projects leveraging quantum computing.
