DITO Telecommunity has been named the top-rated mobile network in the Philippines by Ookla Speedtest Awards 2023, surpassing industry giants with a rating of 3.6.
This recognition was received by DITO CEO Eric Alberto and chief revenue officer Evelyn Jimenez during the MWC 2024 in Barcelona on Feb. 27, 2024. Ookla is a network intelligence and connectivity insights firm.

The Top Rated Award is given to leading providers based on evaluations by users who conduct tests on Speedtest.net or via the Speedtest applications on Android and iOS devices. Users are prompted to rate their provider on a scale of one to five stars. Each survey response linked to the test results undergoes rigorous data quality filtering and sample construction akin to the process employed for the Speedtest Fastest Awards.
