The Palawan Group of Companies, a money remittance and pawning services company, partnered with eTap, a provider of self-service payment kiosks and machines. This collaboration is set to enhance the accessibility of the PalawanPay digital wallet by allowing users to cash in through eTap’s network of over 2,777 kiosks across the country.

“This partnership is timely as more Filipinos are shifting to digital wallets. We are grateful to Sir Percy and the eTap team and look forward to further collaborations,” said Lisa-Lou Castro Sabado, chief business development officer of Palawan Group.

“Palawan Group’s keen interest and our shared goals make this a promising venture,” said Percy Hernandez, CEO of eTap. “We anticipate further developments as we work together to enhance our services.”

This partnership follows a series of strategic collaborations by the Palawan Group aimed at expanding their reach and making their services more accessible. The integration of eTap’s kiosks into the PalawanPay ecosystem is expected to streamline the process for users, making it easier to manage transactions and access financial services.

By combining their resources, the Palawan Group and eTap aim to improve financial inclusivity and convenience for users across the Philippines.
