PH company reports increase in businesses signing up for digital HR management tools

Local software company tHRead reports that since they made their Payroll and HR management platform available for a 60-day free trial period in March 2020, they observed a 20% increase in the number of businesses that signed up for a paid subscription, compared to the same period during the previous year.

tHRead offers a full suite of human resources services including payroll processing, employee administration, registration, analysis, and employee life-cycle management.

Since lockdown measures were first announced in March, the software company began offering a free trial of its HR management tools to help companies during the transition period to work from home. The platform allows users to process payroll, monitor timekeeping, and manage its staff and employees remotely.

tHRead attributes the uptake in inquiries and signups on their platform in recent months to the current need of businesses to implement remote work options, despite the easing of quarantine protocols issued by the government. As businesses start to realize the immediate need and benefits of digital innovations, old business rules are now being replaced with digital solutions all to remain competitive and resilient in the face of the current crisis and disruption.

ā€œWe are glad that more and more businesses have signed up with tHRead, and we remain committed to helping businesses, especially MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises) leverage the power of digital management in a work-from-home set-up,” said Renvi Martinez, president and GM, tHRead. “The free trial version of our services helps businesses find ways to save valuable time and money while providing them with tools that not only empower employees but also help them optimize productivity in the new normal.ā€

New technologies

tHRead offers businesses, particularly MSMEs, tools that optimize the business and administrative processes. It replaces several old and manual practices with digital solutions on employee management, HR, and Payroll functions.

Because tHRead allows managers, supervisors, and employees to digitally track work-related performance and attendance while introducing paperless HR and Payroll functions, the platform represents one of the ways business can be better integrated into the digital economy and better prepared for business disruptions.
