The Philippines is hosting the Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 Grand Finals slated on Jan. 13-14 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila.
The Philippines is holding the qualifiers to determine who will represent the country in the grand finals. The Philippine finals is happening on Nov. 11-12 at SM North Edsa.
Twenty-six (26) teams from across the APAC region will be battling for the highly coveted Predator Shield. To lift this award, teams must demonstrate mastery of either highly acclaimed game titles, Dota 2 or VALORANT.
Acer unveils upgraded Predator gaming laptops
Predator League tournament is back in the Philippines
Sue Ong Lim, general manager of Acer Philippines, underscored the company’s commitment to helping the country in elevating the esports industry by supporting homegrown talents. Acer will be providing the gaming equipment, including Predator gaming laptops, during the tournaments.

A combined prize pool of $200,000 is also at stake for the two tournaments. The Dota 2 and VALORANT winners will each take home $65,000. Second-place winners will get $20,000, while third and fourth-place winners will receive $7,500.
The Asia Pacific Predator League has been the home ground of up-and-coming esports talents. Every season, thousands of teams across the region sign up for a chance to live out the dream of winning it all in the grandest of stages. Since 2018, Predator has continuously provided this stage and continues to nurture and promote the esports industry. The Predator League has also amplified the narratives of players through various content created throughout the league.
