PLDT Home has introduced a prepaid version of its fiber internet service, giving more Filipinos access to fast, unlimited internet without monthly bills or lock-in contracts.

Called PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid, the new service provides a flexible way for families to stay connected for work, school, business, and daily activities. It offers fiber speeds of up to 50 Mbps with unlimited data, starting at ₱23.30 per day.

“Filipinos have a sharp eye for opportunity, embracing online gigs, remote work, and multiple income streams to uplift their families and chase their dreams,” said John Y. Palanca, senior vice president and head of home consumer business, and sales and development at PLDT. “PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid supports this everyday hustle with fast, reliable internet that keeps up with their pace, no monthly bills, no lock-ins, just full control and flexibility.”

The prepaid fiber internet includes several load options depending on a family’s needs and budget: ₱50 for one day, ₱199 for seven days, ₱399 for 15 days, and ₱699 for 30 days. All load options offer the same fiber speed and unlimited data.

The service comes with a one-time installation fee of ₱999, which includes the modem, fiber line, and seven days of free unlimited internet. Once installed, subscribers can top up their internet load through various channels at their convenience.

PLDT says the prepaid fiber service delivers the same reliability and stability as its postpaid counterpart, making it suitable for households with multiple devices and users.

This move gives more people access to fiber internet without the need for long-term commitments, making high-speed connectivity more flexible and manageable for many Filipino families.
