Power Mac Center (PMC), Apple’s long-time partner in the Philippines, is celebrating its 31st anniversary with nationwide promotions, training discounts, and sporting events under the theme “31 in Motion: Driven by movement, powered by technology.”
Founded in 1994 at SM Megamall, PMC has grown its retail network and expanded its official training arm, Basecamp, and service arm, Mobile Care. This year’s anniversary highlights how Apple technology supports active and connected lifestyles.
“Our chosen theme resonates with this era’s brand of doing active lifestyle, measured, connected, and unapologetically social,” said Joey Alvarez, director for Marketing and Product Management of PMC. “Everything is amplified by technology, and we’re going all-out for it. It’s our way of giving back to the communities we serve, allowing us to be the go-to hub for all things Apple in the Philippines.”
Promos and training courses
Shoppers can get up to ₱19,500 off on select Apple products until Aug. 31, 2025. Accessories from Belkin, Cygnett, Insta360, and Shokz are also available at up to 20% off.
Basecamp is offering two discounted training tracks. The Apple Learning Academy, designed for educators and creative professionals, will run from Sept. 11 to 13, 2025. The Apple Leadership Academy, for school heads and team leaders, will be held from Sept. 18 to 20, 2025. Both are available at a special anniversary rate of ₱3,100 from the regular ₱45,000. Mobile Care will also launch special offers in its branches nationwide in the coming weeks, covering diagnostics, repairs, and other after-sales support.
Sports activities and loyalty perks
PMC is supporting several sports events to showcase how Apple devices enhance active lifestyles. Last Aug. 14, it co-presented the 1st Pro Gretchen Villacencio Golf Tournament 2025 in Batangas. On Aug. 16, it sponsored a pickleball tournament with the Ayala Heights Pickleball Club and Impact Pickleball Club in Quezon City. More events in Cebu, Davao, and Metro Manila will follow until September.
