Samsung Philippines has introduced its latest sound towers, designed to offer strong, room-filling sound for parties, gatherings, or casual listening sessions at home.

The company showcased the new models during an exclusive launch event, where guests experienced live performances from OPM bands Over October and The Itchyworms, as well as interactive music activities.

“Music connects people in the most powerful way,” said Chris Almazan, head of AV Business of Samsung Philippines. “The new Sound Towers are designed to bring people together through vibrant sound and enjoyable experiences, anyone can bring the party wherever they go.”

The new lineup includes the MX-ST50F and MX-ST40F, both built for portability and high performance.

MX-ST50F features:

  • Built-in wheels and a telescopic handle for easy transport
  • Custom bass modes and adjustable party lights
  • Up to 18 hours of battery life
  • Designed for both indoor and outdoor use

MX-ST40F features:

  • Built-in DJ sound effects and samplers
  • Up to 12 hours of playback
  • Support for microphones and guitars for live performances
  • Group Play feature that connects up to 10 sound towers

Both models can be controlled using the Samsung Sound Tower App, which allows users to adjust settings, activate Karaoke Mode, and personalize their audio setup through a smartphone.

At the launch, guests explored different zones highlighting the towers’ capabilities, including dance and karaoke sections. Content creator and dance instructor Michelle Kawpeng and musician Josh Buizon of Over October participated in interactive performances that demonstrated the products’ versatility.

The Itchyworms also announced an upcoming episode of Samsung Sound Sessions, a performance series featuring local artists. New episodes air every Thursday at 6 p.m. on Samsung’s social media channels.

The new Sound Towers are now available through the Samsung Online Store. Buyers can enjoy discounts of up to ₱2,117 and receive a free microphone with every purchase until Dec. 31, 2025.
