Shopee, the e-commerce platform active in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, has opened applications for the 2025 Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP), a two-year initiative aimed at preparing fresh graduates for leadership roles in e-commerce operations. Applications are open until May 31.
Now in its second year, the program offers hands-on experience and structured learning across Shopee’s operations sites in the Philippines. Participants will take on real-world tasks, build leadership skills, and receive direct mentorship from experienced managers.
“Through our structured mentorship program, fresh graduates will get direct guidance from experienced leaders and on-ground training, building their confidence, ingraining in them a leadership mindset, ultimately preparing them to make a real impact in e-commerce operations,” said Ryan Pineda, head of People, Shopee Philippines.
Early career development
FLP participants will rotate through various roles, gaining insight into core functions such as logistics, supply chain, and customer operations. Shopee designed the program to combine classroom-style training with on-the-ground experience, helping graduates develop both technical and leadership capabilities.

The initiative is part of Shopee’s ongoing focus on early career development. It also supports the company’s placement on Prosple’s list of Top 100 Fresh Graduate Employers, where it ranks #13 overall and #4 in the Retail and Consumer Goods category.
An FLP Roadshow will take place on May 21, giving interested applicants a closer look at the program’s structure and benefits. Graduates who complete the program may be offered leadership roles within Shopee’s Operations team.
