The Bistro Group has refreshed its corporate logo as part of its business strategy that goes beyond a new visual identity, showing its continued digital transformation and expansion across nearly 30 restaurant concepts.
The company said the rebrand is designed to create a unified identity across its portfolio while making the brand more recognizable on digital platforms, corporate channels, customer-facing applications, and physical restaurant locations.
“Over the years, our organization has grown alongside the communities we serve. We have expanded our portfolio, strengthened our partnerships, and embraced innovations while staying deeply rooted in the values that define who we are,” said Jean Paul Manuud, president of The Bistro Group.
The refreshed identity comes as restaurant operators increasingly compete in a digital-first market, where customers discover brands through social media, food delivery platforms, online searches, and mobile apps before visiting a restaurant. A consistent brand across digital touchpoints also simplifies marketing, customer engagement, and technology integration across multiple brands.
Founded in 1994, The Bistro Group has grown into one of the Philippines’ largest premium restaurant operators, managing more than 28 local and international dining concepts. Its portfolio includes TGI Fridays, Italianni’s, Texas Roadhouse, Hard Rock Cafe, Dave & Buster’s, Morton’s The Steakhouse, LongHorn Steakhouse, Randy’s Donuts, Watami, Bulgogi Brothers, Fogo de Chão, Las Flores, Siklab, Krazy Garlik, and several other restaurant brands.
According to the company, the redesigned logo represents all of its brands through a common visual element inspired by a warm smile, reflecting the hospitality experience it wants customers to associate with every concept, from luxury dining to casual restaurants.
“Our business and our guests have evolved through the years,” Manuud said. “We are navigating a broader, more digitally active market. With the visual refresh, we can engage with a new set of diners like the Gen Zs and the Millennials while continuing to take care of the precious relationship we have built with our loyal, multi-generational customer base. We also want to make sure that it resonates across our entire portfolio, from our high-end, luxury concepts to our casual dining restaurants.”
The company said the updated identity also supports its long-term growth strategy, which combines expansion of its homegrown restaurant concepts with continued investment in international brands. One of the next additions to its portfolio will be UK-based restaurant chain wagamama.
The rebrand follows the 2025 acquisition of The Bistro Group by Inoza Business Holdings Inc., a move the company said strengthens its resources for future expansion and reinforces its position in the Philippine food and beverage industry.
The company also highlighted recent recognition earned by the restaurant concepts of Michelin-starred corporate executive chef Josh Boutwood. In 2025, the Michelin Guide awarded Helm two Michelin Stars, while The Test Kitchen, Ember, and Juniper were recognized as Michelin Selected.
While the company is introducing a new corporate identity, Manuud said its core values remain unchanged.
“While our look is changing, our purpose remains the same. We are driven by the same commitments that have shaped us from day one: integrity, quality, innovation, collaboration, and a genuine passion for serving people.”
The Bistro Group said the new corporate logo will be rolled out gradually across its corporate channels, digital applications, and restaurant locations during a planned transition period.
