Digital business services provider TP (formerly Teleperformance) has opened a new campus in McKinley West, Taguig City, to strengthen its operations and support sustainable growth in the Philippines.
The TP McKinley West Campus is the company’s 27th site in the country after nearly three decades of presence in the local IT-BPM industry. At present, the company employs around 60,000 people across the Philippines.
“The McKinley Campus is not just a new workplace, it’s a symbol of how Filipino excellence and empathy drive innovation,” said Rahul Jolly, CEO of TP Philippines. “This is where technology meets humanity, and where our PHuture Forward journey truly begins.”
The five-story facility, located in one of Metro Manila’s key business districts, will accommodate more than 3,700 employees. TP plans to increase hiring for new roles to support its growing operations.
The campus features flexible workspaces, collaboration areas, wellness and recreational zones, and digitally equipped workstations. Other amenities include a recruitment hub, training rooms, a gym, recreational rooms, and dining areas designed to enhance employee experience and productivity.
Equipped with AI-driven systems and digital collaboration tools, the new site supports TP’s transformation into a next-generation digital business services provider. The campus also has upgraded connectivity, enhanced cybersecurity, and infrastructure designed for seamless and secure service delivery.
The McKinley West site is LEED-certified and expected to be powered by renewable energy by December 2025.
