Teleperformance (TP), a global provider of digital business services, has partnered with the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to support the Special Register Anywhere Program (SRAP). The company hosted an on-site voter registration drive at its TP Aura site, processing hundreds of employees and their family members.

SRAP is part of Comelec’s efforts to make voter registration more accessible ahead of the December 2025 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections. The program sets up satellite registration centers in private companies, schools, hospitals, and government offices to reach eligible voters who may have difficulty visiting regular registration sites.

“The SRAP is a clear example of how collaboration between government and the private sector can make democratic processes more accessible,” said Jeffrey Johnson, chief people officer of TP in the Philippines. “By hosting this activity onsite, we’re helping ensure that more Filipinos, especially those with differing work schedules, are seen, heard, and included in shaping the country’s future.”

The program also aims to improve the registration process, promote gender equality, and provide a credible and convenient system for applicants.

“This partnership with Comelec is aligned with our people-first culture at TP. We are proud to provide opportunities that go beyond the workplace, enabling our employees and their families to take part in civic activities that truly matter,” Johnson said.

Comelec Chair George Erwin Garcia, Executive Director Divina Blas Perez, Commissioners Maria Norina Tangaro-Casingal and Nelson Celis, and Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting national coordinator Dr. Arwin Serrano attended the event.

“May this initiative strengthen our democratic institutions and encourage a new generation of voters to be active stakeholders in our nation’s future,”Rachel Cacabelos, vice president of human resources of TP in the Philippines.
