TP, a global digital services company, has entered new go-to-market partnerships with artificial intelligence firms Ema and Parloa. The collaborations aim to help organizations adopt and scale agentic AI, which combines human expertise with AI-driven agents to improve both customer and business operations.

These new partnerships are part of TP’s €100 million AI investment program launched earlier this year. The initiative is designed to support innovation in intelligent operations and expand TP’s offerings beyond traditional customer experience services.

“By blending human expertise and empathy with advanced agentic AI, we are not only transforming customer experience but also propelling our digital transformation forward as we expand beyond traditional CX into high-growth areas that are driving the future of business,” said Thomas Mackenbrock, deputy CEO, TP Group. “In the process, we are also creating new professional opportunities within our company.”

Ema and TP will co-develop and implement Ema’s agentic AI systems to meet enterprise needs across various tasks. As part of the deal, TP becomes the exclusive global go-to-market partner and integrator for Ema’s AI solutions, offering them to over 400 clients worldwide. TP also has the option to invest up to $15 million in Ema’s next funding round.

Amplifying human potential

“By uniting Ema’s advanced AI agents with TP’s global reach and operational strength, we are enabling organizations to amplify human potential, spark real transformation, and create more agile, inventive, and resilient teams,” said Surojit Chatterjee, CEO and co-founder of Ema.

Parloa’s voice AI platform integrates with TP’s workforce to manage multilingual customer calls. The technology allows AI to handle basic inquiries so human experts can focus on complex issues. TP becomes a strategic go-to-market partner for Parloa and may invest up to $10 million in its next financing round.

“With TP, we are enabling their Experts to seamlessly delegate routine customer voice inquiries to our AI agents, thereby unlocking greater capacity to address intricate, high-impact challenges,” said Malte Kosub, CEO and founder of Parloa.

Parloa’s AI supports voice engagement in 137 languages and dialects.
