Vitro Inc., a subsidiary of ePLDT and the data center arm of PLDT Inc. (PLDT), recently held a topping-off for the structural completion of its 50-MW Vitro Sta. Rosa facility.

Situated on a five-hectare property in Laguna province, Vitro Sta. Rosa will become the largest data center campus in the Philippines. Designed for energy efficiency, it incorporates innovations in cooling and power redundancy. The facility is Rated-3 certified and Rated-4 ready, ensuring high network diversity and resilience with at least three fiber routes from PLDT and other telecom providers.

“VITRO Sta. Rosa is a landmark achievement for the PLDT Group and the Philippines,” said Victor Genuino, president and CEO of ePLDT and VITRO Inc. “Many hyperscalers have already expressed interest in colocating in our facility. As we complete this project, we will continue to build more data center facilities ahead of demand to meet our customers’ future needs as they adopt cloud and AI technologies.”
