Zoho Corp. is deepening its commitment to helping Philippine businesses bridge the digital skills gap. The technology company sees great potential in the country, where embracing digital technologies could generate an annual economic value of $101.3 billion by 2030, according to Statista.

However, the lack of digital proficiency in the workforce remains a significant barrier.

To address this, Zoho has increased its training and outreach efforts in 2024. The company recently hosted a Customer Experience Workshop in Manila, attended by over 100 participants. It provided hands-on training with Zoho CRM, enabling businesses to automate workflows and improve efficiency. Zoho also brought its “Discover Zoho” workshop to Cebu and participated in the DEVCON Summit in Mindanao to broaden its engagement.

On Aug. 30, 2024, Zoho held its annual user conference, Zoholics, in Manila. The event drew over 400 attendees, marking it as Zoho’s largest in Southeast Asia. Business leaders, product teams, and customers exchanged insights on digital transformation, discussing tools like Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and Zoho Workplace.

With its expanding suite of products, including AI-driven solutions, Zoho aims to support Philippine businesses in optimizing operations and improving customer service. This continued local engagement highlights the company’s focus on enhancing human capital and promoting digital transformation across the country.
