In a recent collaboration, Docquity, a community of healthcare professionals (HCPs) based in Southeast Asia, has supported Menarini Malaysia, a member of the Menarini Group, an Italian biopharmaceutical company, in a successful HCP education campaign.
Menarini Malaysia, a client of Docquity since 2021, utilized the platform to raise awareness among various medical professionals in Malaysia regarding multimodal approaches to post-surgery pain management and recovery. Through this campaign, Menarini Malaysia was able to establish connections with over 600 target doctors, effectively doubling its reach compared to previous efforts.
“We are determined to introduce innovative approaches to nurture our relationships with HCPs so we can better support them in enhancing patient outcomes,” said Amelia Mok, general manager at Menarini Malaysia. “With its unparalleled reach, insights, and technology, Docquity has become an effective and reliable partner enabling us to heighten our recognition and credibility among HCPs in Malaysia.”

As part of the partnership, Menarini Malaysia joined Docquity’s proprietary A2A Program, which leverages the platform’s extensive network insights to connect with the appropriate HCP audience based on their specialty. For six months, the campaign focused on building awareness and trust among target HCPs through the dissemination of scientific content on the Docquity platform. This effort culminated in a roundtable webinar organized and hosted on the Docquity platform. The interactive nature of the webinar attracted a highly engaged community of healthcare key opinion leaders (KOLs), fostering meaningful online and offline discussions and paving the way for potential future collaborations.
Industry collaborations
“Menarini Malaysia’s campaign has underscored the importance of cultivating HCP trust through scientific education, to foster stronger industry collaborations that enable better healthcare decisions,” said Indranil Roychowdhury, CEO and co-founder, Docquity.
The successful collaboration between Docquity and Menarini Malaysia underscores the importance of leveraging digital platforms to facilitate educational initiatives and foster meaningful engagement within the healthcare community.
