Xenai Digital, Salesforce Partner of the Year 2025, is gathering Philippine business leaders to focus on one question: How fast companies can turn interest in agentic AI into real results.

The private forum, “The Agentic Play: Unlocking Explosive Growth,” takes place April 22 at Manila House in Taguig. It brings together CMOs, CIOs, and data leaders as rising acquisition costs and global supply pressures eat into margins.

The timing indicates a gap in the market. While 76% of Philippine knowledge workers already use or have tried agentic AI, 65% of organizations are still stuck in pilot stages, mostly due to infrastructure limits rather than lack of interest.

“We are standing at the edge of the biggest shift Philippine marketing and sales has ever seen, and what’s coming is still beyond what any of us can fully imagine,” said Pauline Pangan, CEO of Xenai Digital. “We speak the world’s language. We serve the world’s brands. And when new technology arrives, we don’t just adopt it, we set the pace. The window is open.”

Pangan described agentic AI as a step beyond traditional automation.

“AI is autonomous digital labor. It works without stopping, learns without sleeping, and executes across marketing and sales at a speed and scale that has never existed before. Work that took teams weeks now happens in minutes, while costs shrink to fractions, and revenue scales without limits,” she said.

The forum will focus on marketing and sales, where companies can see faster returns. Philippine firms, known for service culture and English proficiency, are seen as better positioned than peers in other markets to deploy AI systems that handle multi-step workflows.

“The Philippines is built for this moment. The only question is who moves before the gap becomes impossible to close,” Pangan said.

Speakers include executives and practitioners from Xenai Digital, Salesforce, OpenClaw, and Co-Op Play. Case studies from brands such as El Jannah and Fiji Airways will show how agentic AI is already being used to cut costs and scale operations.
