Globe At Home has introduced a partnership with FusionSolar, a smart solar and energy storage solution, to offer an (artificial intelligence) AI-managed solar home system that promises to reduce power costs, improve energy use, and maintain stable connectivity during outages.

The partnership allows Globe At Home customers to access FusionSolar’s integrated system, which includes solar power generation, energy storage, charging, and home energy management.

“Through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge technology, we’re making efficient and sustainable living a reality for more Filipino families,” said Abigail Cardino, VP and head of brand management, Broadband Business of Globe. “This is how we foster meaningful connections, by building homes that are AI-powered, yet deeply human.”

FusionSolar supplies solar solutions to more than 3.9 million households in over 170 countries. The Bangkok Post has reported that more than 80,000 homes in Thailand use FusionSolar systems, which can provide as much as 70% of their electricity needs.

Under the partnership, Globe At Home will begin offering FusionSolar products to its customers. The companies aim to make energy-efficient home systems more accessible and to help households manage electricity use with the support of AI. According to Globe, the technology allows homes to keep essential devices and internet services running during power interruptions, as the backup batteries automatically activate when the main grid goes down.

The system also uses solar energy to help stabilize electricity feeding into fiber equipment, which can support steady internet service during fluctuations in the power supply. AI tools manage the use of household appliances and solar generation to help reduce monthly energy costs.

Globe At Home said the initiative aligns with its efforts to support modern digital lifestyles. The company’s GFiber Postpaid plans offer speeds of up to 2.5 Gbps and are designed to work with Fiber-To-The-Room technology. This setup aims to keep all household devices connected without slowdowns, even during heavy use. Globe said this is useful for remote work, online classes, gaming, and home security devices that depend on consistent internet service.

The company added that integrating solar power into the home can give households an additional layer of resilience, especially during outages. By using stored energy, homes can continue operating and stay connected.

New and existing Globe At Home customers may access a ₱100,000 value offer on FusionSolar equipment, with terms and conditions applying.
