Globe Business has introduced Digitest, a digital maturity assessment tool designed to help companies understand their current level of digital readiness and identify areas that need improvement.

The tool was presented during the latest installment of Blueprint, Globe’s quarterly event series focused on technology and digital inclusion.

“Many organizations are actively pursuing digital transformation, but are unsure how to accurately assess their progress,” said KD Dizon, VP and head of Globe Business. “With Digitest, they can see exactly where they stand today and what steps to take next. It’s about empowering businesses to make informed, data-backed decisions.”

Digitest uses Globe Business’ Digital Maturity Assessment Model, which evaluates readiness across six areas: vision and strategy, customer experience and channels, operations and processes, data and technology readiness, people and capabilities, and investment and prioritization. These areas outline the elements that influence how well a company can adapt and sustain its digital plans.

After completing the guided questionnaire, companies receive a report that identifies their current maturity level. The report also includes suggested next steps and Globe Business solutions relevant to their needs.

The model identifies five maturity stages. The Observer stage describes companies with limited digital adoption. Explorer refers to those beginning to test digital tools and automation. Adopter includes companies using digital solutions more regularly to support operations. Proficient organizations have integrated technology into everyday processes. Innovator represents companies with advanced automation and strong digital integration.
