Globe is extending roaming support to customers in Israel and Iran to help them stay connected during the ongoing regional crisis.
Customers currently in Israel will receive a free roaming package that includes 1GB of data, 15 minutes of calls, and 15 SMS credits. The package is valid for seven days and is automatically activated for eligible Globe Prepaid, TM, and Postpaid users detected in the country. No registration is required, and users will receive a confirmation message once the package is available.
“To all our customers navigating uncertainty far from home, please know Globe is with you,” said Paula Rivera-Castillo, head of Globe International Business. “These goodwill measures reflect our commitment to keeping you connected, especially in times when communication matters most.”
Subscribers in Israel are advised to connect to any of Globe’s roaming partners, Pelephone, Partner Communications (Orange), or Cellcom, to access the free package.
In Iran, Globe is offering load support or credit adjustments to ensure that mobile services remain accessible. Customers simply need to connect to Globe’s partner network in the country, MTN Irancell.
The company said it continues to monitor developments in both regions and is working with global partners to maintain service reliability and provide timely support.
