Huawei Philippines has launched the Huawei Pura 80 Ultra and Huawei Pura 80 Pro, now open for pre-orders in the country. Prices start at ₱59,999 for the Pura 80 Pro, while the Pura 80 Ultra is priced at ₱89,999. Both models are available through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, the Huawei Online Store, and Huawei Experience Stores nationwide.

The Huawei Pura 80 Ultra introduces the industry’s first Switchable Dual Telephoto Camera, combining a 3.7x mid-telephoto and 9.4x ultra-telephoto lens in one unit. Backed by a 1/1.28-inch Ultra Large Sensor, the setup increases light intake and enables detailed close-up shots. A micron-level motor powers the switch between focal lengths, supported by over 140 precision components. The device also features a 1-inch Ultra Lighting HDR Camera that works with AI Cinematic Engine to capture lifelike videos with rich detail and balanced exposure.

The Huawei Pura 80 Pro focuses on close-range photography with its Ultra Lighting Macro Telephoto Camera, capable of focusing as close as 5cm. It has a large F2.1 aperture to improve low-light performance and also carries the 1-inch Ultra Lighting Camera and Ultra Chroma Camera for vivid, detailed night photography.

Both models adopt Huawei’s Forward Symbol design. The Pura 80 Ultra comes in Prestige Gold and Golden Black, featuring a golden XMAGE badge and “golden glaze” finish. The Pura 80 Pro is available in Glazed Red, Glazed White, and Glazed Black, with smooth textures and curved designs blending Eastern and Western influences.

Durability features include 2nd Gen Kunlun Glass, with the Ultra model offering up to 16x scratch resistance and 25x drop resistance, and the Pro model providing up to 20x drop resistance. Both devices have IP69 and IP68 ratings for dust and water protection.

Air Gesture allows touch-free control, AI Noise Cancellation improves call quality, and Real-Time Translation supports multilingual conversations.

Battery capacity is 5170mAh, with 100W Huawei SuperCharge and 80W Wireless Huawei SuperCharge for fast charging.

Both the Huawei Pura 80 Ultra and Huawei Pura 80 Pro include premium care services like free one-time accidental damage protection for a year, a one-year battery renewal service, official APAC Region warranty, priority maintenance, and free collection and delivery for repairs.

The Huawei Pura 80 is also expected to arrive in the Philippines soon, although its release date and price have yet to be announced.
