Technology company Lenovo unveiled its latest range of artificial intelligence (AI)-ready products and concepts at Lenovo Innovation World 2025 in Berlin, featuring new mobile workstations, smart docks, and display solutions for business and professional users. The company said the lineup is designed to help businesses and individuals integrate AI into daily workflows and boost productivity.
Among the highlights are the redesigned ThinkPad P16 Gen 3 mobile workstation, the ThinkVision P40WD-40 curved display, and new smart docking solutions, including the ThinkPad Thunderbolt 5 Smart Dock 7500. Lenovo also presented several concept products with the aim of redefining user interaction and ergonomics, such as the ThinkBook VertiFlex and Smart Motion concepts.
Lenovo’s latest ThinkPad P series workstations, powered by the newest Intel Core Ultra 200HX processors with up to 24 cores and built-in neural processing units (NPUs), are designed to handle AI workloads efficiently.
The ThinkPad P16 Gen 3, priced from around ₱172,000, is designed for professionals who require high computing power for graphics-intensive tasks like 3D rendering and data modeling. It comes with up to Nvidia RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell graphics and 24GB VRAM, housed in a portable chassis.
For users looking for high performance with mobility, the ThinkPad P1 Gen 8 starts at about ₱179,000. It features Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors, Nvidia RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell graphics, and an integrated NPU. Lenovo said this model is suited for designers, developers, and creators who work across multiple environments.
The more affordable ThinkPad P16v Gen 3 offers a balance of power and value, with a new chassis and 16:10 display, starting at roughly ₱150,000. The ThinkPad P16s i Gen 4 and P14s i Gen 6 focus on portability and are priced from around ₱90,500 and ₱89,000, respectively. All these workstations are expected to be available in September and October 2025.
Lenovo said these models come with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) certifications to ensure compatibility with industry-standard applications.
Proofs of Concepts
The company introduced several concept devices that explore new ways to use and interact with PCs. The ThinkBook VertiFlex Concept features a 14-inch rotatable display that can switch between horizontal and vertical modes, allowing users to multitask or view documents more comfortably.
The Smart Motion Concept integrates a multi-directional laptop stand with AI-powered features such as facial tracking, voice commands, and gesture control via an AI ring. Lenovo said both concepts aim to improve productivity and comfort for professionals who work long hours at their desks.
Lenovo also previewed the NaturaSynth Display, a monitor designed to reduce eye strain with hardware-based zero blue light technology. The display mimics natural light and cuts blue light to less than 1%, helping reduce visual fatigue.
ThinkPad X9 Aura Edition
Originally announced at CES 2025, the ThinkPad X9 Aura Edition will soon be available in Glacier White. It will be offered in 14- and 15-inch versions, featuring Intel Core Ultra processors and Windows 11. The laptop, capable of delivering more than 40 trillion operations per second (TOPS), is part of Lenovo’s Copilot+ PC line, designed for AI-enhanced performance and security.
Later this year, Lenovo plans to transition its Smart Share experience to the Lenovo Smart Connect app. The update will allow users share files, photos, and videos more easily across devices through a unified interface.
For professionals who need a larger workspace, Lenovo introduced the ThinkVision P40WD-40 curved ultrawide monitor. The 39.7-inch display features a 5120×2160 resolution, 21:9 aspect ratio, and 98% DCI-P3 color coverage. It also supports up to 120Hz variable refresh rates while using up to 34% less power than ENERGY STAR 8.0 standards.
The monitor also doubles as a productivity hub with Thunderbolt 4 connectivity, DisplayPort outputs, a 2.5G Ethernet port, and up to 140W USB-C charging. The ThinkVision P40WD-40 will be available in November 2025, starting at ₱74,999.
Smarter docking solutions
Lenovo’s latest docking stations are designed to meet the growing need for faster connections and flexible work setups.
The ThinkPad Thunderbolt 5 Smart Dock 7500 delivers up to 120 Gbps of bandwidth and can support up to three 8K displays at 60Hz. It also offers 180W charging through PD 3.1. The dock will be available in October 2025, with a starting price of ₱26,999.
The Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock Gen 2 7500, priced from ₱20,999, supports dual 4K displays at 144Hz and provides up to 100W charging.
The ThinkPad USB4 Smart Dock 5500 uses next-generation USB4 technology for faster performance and supports one 8K or two 4K displays. It will retail at around ₱13,999.
All smart docks are compatible with Lenovo Accessories Fleet Manager, a cloud-based tool that allows IT administrators to monitor and manage connected devices remotely.
Security
Lenovo said all commercial Windows 11 PCs and workstations under its ThinkPad line are protected by ThinkShield, its suite of hardware and software security tools. These cover devices from manufacturing to endpoint and cloud security.
The company is also expanding its AI PC Services portfolio to support businesses in managing and deploying AI-powered devices. These include AI PC Fast Start for deployment, Care of One for personalized setup, and AI PC Premier Support for proactive maintenance.
Lenovo’s new products will roll out in stages beginning September 2025. The company said additional information about regional availability and configurations will be announced closer to launch.
