Technology company Lenovo highlighted a new wave of artificial intelligence (AI) devices and experimental computer concepts at Mobile World Congress 2026.
The company’s showcase includes a modular AI personal computer concept, a glasses-free 3D laptop, a foldable gaming handheld device, and the rollout of Lenovo Qira, an AI system designed to work across multiple devices.
Across its portfolio, Lenovo said its focus is on building systems that are more personalized, proactive, and secure while connecting devices into a unified AI ecosystem.
Lenovo Qira
Lenovo Qira is designed as “Personal Ambient Intelligence,” built directly into Lenovo and Motorola devices rather than offered as a separate app.
The system works across supported PCs, tablets, smartphones, and wearables to help users move smoothly between tasks and devices. It can also assist based on user intent, allowing AI tools to respond more naturally to how people work.
Lenovo said Qira will roll out in the coming weeks to more than 20 PC models across its Yoga, IdeaPad, Legion, and ThinkPad product families through over-the-air updates and preinstalled software.
Support will initially cover six languages across nine regions, including English (US, UK, India), Spanish (US/Latin America and Spain), French (France), Italian (Italy), German (Germany), and Portuguese (Brazil).
The system will expand further in 2026 with additional languages and support for Motorola smartphones.
Modular PC and new device concepts
Lenovo also presented several experimental devices that explore new form factors for AI-powered computing.
The ThinkBook Modular AI PC concept is built around the idea of “carry small, use big.” The 14-inch ultra-thin base system supports interchangeable displays and detachable components, allowing users to expand the workspace to roughly 19 inches while keeping the device portable.
Another concept, the Yoga Book Pro 3D, allows creators to view depth and manipulate 3D content directly on screen without using special glasses. The laptop combines dual displays, AI-powered 2D-to-3D conversion, and gesture controls to simplify immersive content creation.
Lenovo also showed the Legion Go Fold concept, a foldable gaming handheld that can shift from a compact portable device into a larger screen for gaming, multitasking, or desktop-style interaction.
AI-ready PCs
Lenovo also refreshed several commercial and consumer devices designed for AI-powered workflows.
The updated ThinkPad T-Series laptops include improvements focused on serviceability and repairability, with select models achieving high repairability scores from repair platform iFixit.
For mobile professionals, the ThinkPad X13 Detachable offers a lightweight design with pen support and replaceable components. Lenovo also introduced the ThinkTab X11, a rugged Android tablet built for industrial and frontline environments.
On the consumer side, the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition features an OLED display and AI tools designed to streamline creative work, while gaming products include the Legion 7a laptop and the Legion Tab tablet with a 3K display and advanced cooling.
