In 2023, RELEX Solutions, a unified supply chain and retail planning platform, reported a 42% year-over-year increase in subscription revenue for 2023, reaching a milestone in the fourth quarter (Q4) by achieving its 66th consecutive quarter of ARR growth.

RELEX Solutions attributed this to the global expansion of its clientele, with retailers and consumer goods companies recognizing the significant value embedded in the company’s supply chain and retail planning solutions.

The growth is fueled by a series of new and expanded customer agreements worldwide. RELEX, with a decade-plus history of successful implementations, emphasizes delivering quick time-to-value. 

NPS rating

In 2023, RELEX finalized nearly 200 customer deals, including 73 net-new customers. Among the new signings were A.F. Blakemore & Son, bp, Casey’s, Fressnapf, Koala Furniture, Obramax, OXXO, PriceSmart, United Natural Foods, US Foods® CHEF’STORE, and 7-Eleven Australia. The company also witnessed a 31% increase in existing customers expanding their collaboration, indicating the tangible results and value experienced by clients. 

RELEX also has an NPS rating of 61 globally, surpassing the industry average for SaaS companies, which stands at 41. (The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric used to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction based on a single question: “How likely is it that you would recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague?”)

The acquisition of Optimity further strengthened RELEX’s position, adding over 80 customers from complex manufacturing, food, and beverage industries, including Blendwell, Bubbies Ice Cream, Vita Coco, and Finsbury. These additions join a prestigious roster of consumer goods companies at RELEX, including Altia, Angulas Aguinaga, Atria, Hennig-Olsen, Maag Group, and Saarioinen. Across retail, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing, RELEX boasts a portfolio of over 500 satisfied customers.
