The Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Series is now available with features aimed at supporting health, fitness, and daily routines. The lineup includes the Galaxy Watch8, Galaxy Watch8 Classic, and Galaxy Watch Ultra.
The series introduces upgraded sleep monitoring tools such as Bedtime Guidance, which works with circadian rhythms, and Vascular Load, which measures heart recovery during rest. Another addition is the Antioxidant Index, the first of its kind on a smartwatch, which checks carotenoid levels in five seconds to provide a quick look at the body’s defense against aging.
For stress management, the watches offer High Stress Alerts and Mindfulness Tracking with mood logging and guided breathing exercises. Fitness features include the Running Coach, which evaluates fitness levels on a scale of 1 to 10 and develops personalized training plans with real-time guidance. An AI-driven Energy Score also gives a daily overview of physical and mental readiness.
Group workouts are supported through the updated Together function, which allows users to join group runs. In terms of design, the Galaxy Watch8 has a slimmer profile and a new Dynamic Lug system for a more comfortable fit. The Classic version retains the rotating bezel and adds a quick button for easier navigation.

Hardware upgrades include a display that reaches up to 3,000 nits of brightness, a stronger battery, a 3nm processor, and Dual-frequency GPS for improved location accuracy. The watches also integrate with Google Gemini for hands-free tasks such as sending messages, finding locations, or starting workouts through voice commands.
The Galaxy Watch8 is offered in 40mm and 44mm sizes in Graphite and Silver. The Galaxy Watch8 Classic is available in a 46mm size in Black and White, while the Galaxy Watch Ultra caters to users seeking a more rugged design.
