Strategic integrated marketing agency TeamAsia has appointed Bea Lim as its new president and CEO. This leadership change coincides with the company’s 32nd-anniversary celebration. Lim takes over from her mother, Monette Iturralde-Hamlin, the agency’s founder, who will now serve as chair.
“It fills me with immense pride to see my daughter Bea step into this role. I am confident she will lead TeamAsia with the same vision and values that Michael Alan Hamlin and I instilled from the beginning,” said Iturralde-Hamlin.

Lim has been the agency’s managing director since 2013, overseeing operations, and driving TeamAsia’s integrated marketing efforts. She has led significant campaigns in technology, telecommunications, IT-BPM, and development aid. Lim is expected to continue advancing TeamAsia’s mission of nation-building with her expertise in integrated communications, management, and business development.
“We are confident that the new leadership will ensure the next 32 years and more of making things happen so that people, brands, communities, industries, and the nation succeed,” added Iturralde-Hamlin. “Driving innovation, leading to inspire, and staying resilient will remain the core of TeamAsia.”
In addition to Lim’s appointment, other key promotions were announced. Jeff Enriquez, the director of IT & Tech Capabilities, was promoted to vice president of Operations. Enriquez, who joined TeamAsia in 2004 as a web developer, has steadily advanced within the company, showcasing his commitment to operational excellence.
Malou Martinez, the agency’s Finance Director since 2021, was named vice president of Finance. Martinez brings extensive experience from her previous roles in the healthcare and auditing industries in the United States and Canada.

The management committee reiterated its commitment to providing meaningful experiences and elevating brands. The new leadership aims to foster collaboration, ensuring the agency’s various lines of business — Creatives, Digital, Events, and Public Relations — continue to thrive.
“These changes signify our commitment to excellence in integrated marketing experiences and sustaining visibility for our partners. Most importantly, it serves as a testament to our dedication to cultivating the next generation of communication experts and creating a safe, inclusive workplace,” said Lim.
TeamAsia remains a key partner for the PR efforts of the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines and handles digital and PR initiatives for prominent clients like Bounty and Pointwest.
