VFS Global, a company that offers visa, consular, and tech services to governments, is working with SAP to develop digital solutions using artificial intelligence (AI). The partnership aims to improve how governments handle cross-border mobility and services for citizens.
To support this effort, VFS Global is adopting SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Business Data Cloud. These tools will help the company modernize operations and create AI-driven services for governments and travelers.
“We take great pride in partnering with SAP as a leading and trusted technology and AI company,” said Zubin Karkaria, founder and CEO of VFS Global. “By combining our deep expertise in visa, consular and citizen services with SAP’s world-class solutions, we empower governments to enhance efficiency, strengthen security and enable seamless mobility for millions of travelers around the world.”
Governments are seeking ways to improve digital services and boost national security through smart technologies. VFS Global’s move to integrate SAP software shows this growing demand. The company aims to help governments manage more complex requirements from both citizens and international travelers.
