Dannah Majarocon has been appointed as the new managing director of JobStreet Philippines, an online employment marketplace under the parent company, SEEK. Her role will commence in July 2023.
Majarocon will be taking over the role from Philip Gioca, who held the position for eight years and has been an integral part of SEEK for over 13 years, leading various successful campaigns.
In her new position, Majarocon will be in charge of implementing business strategies to ensure a strong and progressive framework while driving growth for the company. Her responsibilities also include fostering a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement and performance, and strengthening relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

Majarocon will report directly to Lewis Ng, COO of Asia at SEEK, who welcomed her to the team. Ng expressed confidence in her ability to guide JobStreet in fulfilling its commitment to assisting talent in finding meaningful work and helping employers connect with top-notch professionals in the Philippines.
